Watkins Counselling & Wellness is a virtual counselling practice based in Smiths Falls, serving clients across Ontario. We provide online counselling for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful support and lasting change.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and delivered within a warm, collaborative, and client-centred space rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity. We focus especially on relationship work β supporting couples and families in strengthening connection, improving communication, and navigating challenges together β as well as working with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and relational stress.
We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for people of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, people exploring their identities, and those from diverse and marginalized communities. We are also a neurodivergent-affirming practice, and much of our work is centred around supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families in ways that honour their unique strengths, experiences, and needs.
